Biography
Fredericton’s Marc Pepin has the honour of being the first Men’s tennis player inducted into the New Brunswick Sports Hall of Fame and, it’s no wonder. He’s the only Canadian player to be ranked number one in five consecutive decades.His talent, hard work and determination have resulted in success on the national and international scene.He’s won 39 international tennis titles, a European Mixed Doubles crown, 6 National titles and has been consistently ranked high in world ratings. He’s been New Brunswick’s number one Open Men’s Singles player fourteen times and he’s captured five Seniors National titles.Pepin has won 75 NB titles and has held every NB Singles record.His incredible record of high-caliber performance includes 180 singles titles, 144 doubles crowns, and 3 World Championship titles.
